Final Fantasy Tactics, the new hit title from the world renowned Squaresoft, has hit the shelves like an avalanche. People flocked to the stores, millions were sold in the first week. But can this game live up to the hype?
First of all, FFT is a strategy game, unlike most of Squaresoft's works. It's holds the most basic aspects of strategy games, but adds some RPG elements as well. Random encounters on your way to a major battle help build up levels, and learn new abilities. The story line is so complex, so interwoven with betrayals, acts of treason, and people switching sides you need to take notes to keep up with it. There are secrets galore, the winner being Cloud Strife, our spiky haired hero from FF7. Ramza Beoulve, although looking feminine, is by far one of the coolest heroes I've come across. There are many characters that will join you as you help them, not the least being Orlandu, or "TG Cid". This game packs great graphics, typical FF music (which is a great compliment) and huge story line. Definitely a winner.

Getting Cloud in Final Fantasy Tactics
This is a very long and involved process. If you follow these steps, you'll get that spikey haired hero we've all come to know and love.
1. At Zeltennia Castle, visit the bar to open path to Nelveska Temple.
2. Go to Zarghidas Trade City, buy a flower from the flower girl. (Hmmm, who could THAT be?)
3. Visit Goug Machine City with Mustadio. His dad finds some weird thing that reacts to a Zodiac stone.
4. Go to Goland Coal City, and read the last rumor.
5. Go to Lesalia Castle, and let Beowulf join you.
6. Defeat all four stages at Goland Coal City, and get Reis, the Holy Dragon.
7. Go back to Goug Machine City with Mustadio, and the machine turns into a robot. Let him join, too.
8. Head all the way up to Temple of Nelveska and defeat the other robot.
9. Go back to Goug Machine City, where Cloud is summoned.
10. Cloud runs away, so back to Zarghidas trade city, where you have to protect him from a band of thieves. He then joins as a Level 1 Soldier.
